Pasha, here are the screenshots that I made between YoWindow for Windows and YoWindow for Android.
As you can see in Windows there are more clouds than in YoWindow for Android and looks like 'Partly Cloudy'. Please look it carefully!

OK, now I understand the problem.
On iPhone YoWindow displays Mostly Cloudy in the same fashion.
But some Android phones are thinner and that makes "Mostly Cloudy" to look as "Partly Cloudy"
I have added this task to our schedule and I hope that we will handle it soon.
