Hi Janis,

Something may have gone wrong during the download of your current YoWindow Setup file. So here is what I want you to do.

1. Remove that old setup file.
2. Completely Uninstall YoWindow.
3. Completely clear your cache.
4. Download a fresh RC setup file from the top of the forum. See attached.
5. Install YoWindow with that new setup file.

Let us know how this works.

Good Afternoon Marty,
Thank you so much for your help I really do appreciate it :)
I have followed your instructions to the letter and so far so good.
I will moniter it over the next few days and keep you updated, but so far everything seems to be running ok.
Thank you very much again and hopefully the next time I contact you it will be to tell you everything is still working fine. :wink:
