in his second post in his screenshot, only "System default" is available though all
the language-files are there in the appropriate directory
Hmmm, the selection-box for the language doesn't get filled right for any strange reason which is unclear for now

yo he is to simply let time window all alone without any other program alongside close earlier if all the other programs have to restart yo window

I admire you who understood this problem better then I did.
Some English is just to hard for me.
Don't get me wrong: I admire all the efforts to write in English. Specially for those who find it hard!
