You're no 'puter guru', right?
Firts of all, you are appealing to international help.
That means:
a) International, so no native English speakers, who just have to guess what you mean by that.
I deducted that you're no computer expert, but can only guess that I'm right.
b) Help, so if you want to be helped, you have to help us!
At the same time you say you've cleaned your registry. Not many people I know that don't know much about computers know how to do this!
Now let's reboot
There's a lot you have written and there's nothing at the same time.
We have to start all over again.
Questions I can think of right now are:
- You said the unlimited version works ok, does it?
- What are you using, Deskyop PC, Laptop, Wireless mouse/keyboard, etc?
- What's your home location?
- What browser do you use, version included?
- What's your Windows version?
- What's your firewall program?
- What's your Anti-virus program?
- Are there different 'problems' between the program itself and the screensaver?
- Since when are you experiencing problems?
- How long has it been working ok, do you remember the version number?
You may, or may not have answered some of these before, but like I said, we have to start all over again.
Besides answering all of these please, think of what else you can report to let us help you!
Bear in mind it's mostly up to you to enjoy YoWindow again.
