I think this has been perfectly answered by Pasha, sorry.

There is an automatic update every 40 minutes.
This will then contain the 'actual' weather from the METAR.
As you can read this may vary from METAR to METAR. There's nothing YoWindow can change about that.

Pressing F5 will update YoWindow right away instead of the 40 minutes cycle.
If you'll get more up to date weather then will depend of the accuracy of the METAR station.
So it could very well be that there's a difference between F5 (update now) and the automatic update.
This is how it works, nothing more to add.
