Sorry guys, I seem to have quite a complex problem with new tooltip.
And I have to go to a denstist
I hope to solve it tomorrow.

As long as you can put a smiley at the end of the sentence everything's ok. My next appointment with a dentist is in November - i hate the noise of the drilling there

It seems I have managed to had time to make new popup to work.
Please update to the new RC.

The dentist is a good guy, I like to talk to him unless he is working, it's ok

I'm sorry but RC 481 doesn't work - the language differs to the language from the inspector-panel:

The language of the inspector is in Portuguese but the language of the Inspector of the Tray is always in English.
While unsticking of the trace, the Angulo of the aeroplane seems to me that it should be a little bigger. If I do not wander it must be of 30th one.

my first experienc with RC 481:
- same problems as Reinhart
- ballons are driving on rainy weather
- ballons have no fire (had a look at night)
- inspector shows n/a

Hi All,

I'm on RC 481 as well.
I like the new pop-up. I had to get used to the bigger pop-up screen, but I think it's ok.
And yes it certainly is faster!
It shouldn't be in English for non English users of course.
Feels-like temp is there allright.

My balloons go all the way up.
Or, since we're on 2D, maybe all the way towards me, untill they're out of sight
I too didn't see the fire in the balloons.
EDIT: There IS fire on the balloons I didn't start myself (ie CTRL-B or fiesta).
EDIT2: There is fire, also on the CTRL-B and fiesta balloons.
I could clearly see it now, since it's dark. Sorry about the confusion.
EDIT: Marty is right: there is a 1 minute difference in the day length.


Take off angle has improved, but I think Eugenio has a point.

Hi Pasha,

RC 481 is looking good.

I have found one issue so far

Look at Sunset and Day Length

Sunset on desktop is showing USA 12 hour time and the pop-up screen is showing 24 hour time. Day length is off by 1 minute.

That is all that I have found for now.

Reinhart, can you give me the details about balloons altitude problem?
Are you launching them with "fiesta" or Ctrl-B?
After the balloon is hitting the "top" line
-Does it goes down?
-Does it move further in horizontal direction?
-Does it stop?

There is a difference between "fiesta" and Ctrl-B balloons
Fiesta balloons are programmed to fly away to the top infinitely.

Ctrl-B and auto balloons behave more close to reality, when they get colder, they go down and
when they get closer to the ground the operator adds up some fire.

Werner, manually one can launch the balloons under any weather conditions unless it is Calm wind and Ctrl-B pressed.
However, automatically launched balloons are launched to the weather.


Werner, do you remember what the weather condition it was when the popup was showing N/A?
It's important!

I don't know why there is a 1 minute difference in day length, but I think this is minor and I will not spend time
to find the problem and fix it.

Language and time format problems are fixed now.
