Hi Bruce,

You are showing screenshots of LIVE conditions. LIVE is what is presently happening and is no longer a CHANCE.

A chance is something that can happen and would be in the forecast.

I hope this helps you out.

Hi Bruce,

I saw the same on Honolulu.
It could very well be that the METAR (temporarely) doesn't provide the rain chance information.

It took me some time to find out a place in the states which does have rain precipitation at the moment.
I found Des Moines/Iowa.
Can you please check this one out and tell us what you see?

Yes. I FINALLY found one to and, "Rain: 18%" WAS there.

It is just SO dry here at this time, and that is 80% of what confused me.

I do understand now, and to my knowledge, there is no problem at all.
