Here is missing a lot I have not read everything with me, but so as to whether it is not only from 10.3 everything is missing are not a few Unterforen disappeared?

Herman, I have successfuly uploaded a file with size of 12 MB
The server and the forum settings look correct to me.
You should be able to upload 5.7 MB file.
