The level of mist is defined by visibility parameter.
If the visibility is high, no mist to be displayed.
Visibility is on the second page of the inspector.

Ok thanks par, but when he saith mist background appears cloudy understood is not normal this!. And the problem of the difference which is not seen between the rain and light rain you solved?

When Weather underground is reporting Rain, the rain density is actually very low. Because of this you see light rain.

Sorry Par i did not quite understand , why then when he says light rain appears on the screen the normal rain ??
