Have you tried to ninstall and then install YoWindow agan?

2.3.6 Samsung Prevail
4.0.4 Kyocera Hydro
4.0.4 Kyocera Rise
4.1.1 NextBook
4.1.2 Lenovo
4.4.2 ASUS MeMO pad
all ran with no crashes.

4.0.4 Kyocera Hydro
4.0.4 Kyocera Rise
had problems.

I tested the initial download on the Hydro.
Everything was okay.
All of my locations were there.
I exited and then reopened YoWindow on the Hydro.
All of my locations were gone.
The app acted like I was entering for the very first time.
It went thru the tutorial.
I had to remove all preset locations (London, Los Angeles, etc.)
I then had to re-enter my locations again.

The Rise and the Hydro both show a partial location once in awhile.
See attached.

All of the other Androids worked without a problem.

I think it will be very hard for me to fix this problem.

Is this the first time you see this defect?

Marty, it looks to me as two different defects.
The first one - YoWindow settings was destroyed, because of this you had to make all the setup again.
The second one - the text is missing.

I want to investigate the second problem closely.
Can you help?

Can you please uninstall YoWindow from a Kyocera device.
Install it again.
And try to find a sequence of actions that is leading to disappearance of text.

Does the text disappear in the middle of app usage?
Or it is missing from the moment of the launch?

This is the first time that I have encountered the above problem.
The missing text does not happen at first.

Last night, I looked at different locations.
And then start going back thru the locations.
That is when the text became missing.

Now to uninstall, reinstall, and find the exact series of steps.

Hi Pasha,

Last night I got rid of the earlier 1.10.7 download and downloaded a fresh 1.10.7 on both Kyocera.
The Hydro was not having anymore problems.
The Rise still had missing text.

I went back to the Rise and tested last nights version.
It loads with Mansfield okay.
Vienna displays okay.
Leiden displays okay.
So that is 3 locations that display okay.

Saint Petersburg had missing text.
Every location after that 4th one had missing text.
Even going back to Mansfield there was missing text.

Now I uninstalled, cleared cache, reinstalled last nights 1.10.7 and no longer have a problem.
At least for now the Kyocera are working.

I will do more testing of 1.10.7 on the Kyocera tonight.

I will also do Christmas testing of 1.10.8 later tonight on other androids.
