Hello again,
Sorry I haven't posted lately but I have had no issues with the last several releases. I recently purchased a Galaxy Tab S 10.5 running Android 5.0.2 and the app is running just fine on it and my Galaxy S 3 phone.

Wow, that means this is a very special case.
There are two versions of YoWindow - Free and Full.
Please, uninstall all the versions of YoWindow you can find on the device.
Download 1.6.8 and add a couple of widgets.

I have received one more report that widgets do not work on Meizu phones.
We do not have Meizu phone at hand to test this problem.
I wonder if there are other devices where YoWindow widgets do not work anymore?
Guys, please let me know!

Hi Pasha,

I have been thinking about this issue.
I have updated my tablet and my widgets were all black after that.

In general I can only suggest to try the following in the stated order:

- delete old widgets
- restart device
- re-add widgets
- try on internal memory only

I hope this may help.

Vladoni, can you help me to diagnose the problem?
Please do the following.

1. Uninstall YoWindow completely from the phone.
2. Download and install a special build I just have made.

3. Run YoWindow and make sure the weather is updated.
4. Add Clock widget to desktop.
5. Return to YoWindow and go to Settings/Advanced page.
Tap "Send report" button to open an Email client with YoWindow diagnostic log prefilled in message body.
Send the email.

I hope this information will help me to understand the problem better.
