Dear Norma, thanks for sending options.xml
It turned out that you already had Toronto on the list, but it was renamed to "London" somehow.
To solve the problem you need to do the following.
1. Delete London
2. Add Toronto
3. Add London if you like to see it on the list.

Ok I think I've got it now. London is my home city so very important to have that one
