Yes, I can see now where the problem is.
Please wait a couple of days for me.
I will fix this problem with time and Dusseldorf shortly.

1. Now you have Düsseldorf written correctly.
2. You have to change HTML code of YoWindow to make time displayed in 24 hour format.
Change flashvars parameter to the following value
<param value="location_id=gn:2934246&time_format=24&unit_system=metric&background=#FFFFFF" name="flashvars"/>

Don't forget to clean your browser cache.

It took a lot of work to make these things to happen, ooff :)
