view counter at landscape collection

It looks like that there is counter fault with our view counts. Maybe it is a small bug - I am sure it is only a minor one.

If you go to landscape collection you will find my landscape Antonov AN-225 at Hahn airport EDFH.
The counter shows 2050 views. If you open the landscape post the counter below the picture shows 2010 views.

What is the reason for the difference? I am not sure if the difference is a fixed number.

If you have some time, try to investigate .....

It depends on a setting in the User Control Panel / Board preferences / tab "Edit display options".

If someone has checked the option "display images in posts" and opens a landscape-post then not only the post-counter is incremented but also the screenshot-counter.

If someone has un-checked the option "display images in posts" and opens a landscape-post then the screenshot-counter is not incremented unless he downloads the picture.

I've checked this with my own settings.

yes the winter has arrived; but only regarding temperature: now (5:45 a.m.) there are -1.5 degrees celsius outside!
No snow so far.

It' s not only from the board settings.
If someone has limited (volume) internet access (let's say mobile broadband, with few giga, or even mega per month), usually he unchecks by default images display.
Same with netbooks with broadband internet flash sticks.
Additionally, there are people with small internet speed, who are checking images not displaying option from their browser's settings.

Hm, I said mobile...
Is yowindow compatible with windows mobile? I have a win6.5 mobile phone.
Is it worth it to give it a try?

No YoWindow is not running on mobile phones yet.
However we want to go mobile very much.
