The difference between the various rain and snow

I noticed another problem of the stations of weatherundeground, i.e. what do you notice the difference between the various rain or snow, for example if the weather says light rain in the background exits the normal rain and vice versa, thus also applies to the snow. I reported some examples of weather stations. What caused this problem? You can do something??

As you can see in the top left the weather indicates light rain and instead appears normal rain and vice versa, so that the same thing applies to the snow. What has caused this inaccuracy ? Is there anything we can do ?
