You need to replace URKM with URKK?
The problem was explained in viewtopic.php?f=7&t=20196#p51717
Temirgoyevskaya uses METAR station URKM for its current conditions.
URKM is not reporting right now and may be down for maintenance.
Until it is reporting again, do the following.
Click on Location > Properties.
Replace URKM with URKK.
Click on OK.
