but nothing happens on the display

Hi steffen!

YoWindow can not directly communicate with a weather station.

It only can read a file that is created by the software with which you run your weather-station and interpret the information in it.

As you wrote your software is Weather-Display please read this subforum, where you can find information about how to set up your software to create the file YoWindow can use to display your personal weather.
