Hi Alex, I've just downloaded YoWindow today and would appreciate detail on how you customized to imperial measures. I am British/Australian residing in OZalex wrote:Just to revive this old chestnut, I am Englsh, so in my desktop version I have customized the display so it gives temperatures in Celsius but wind-speed in mph (this is normal for e.g. BBC weather forecasts). But I cannot do it in the widget, unless there are specific flashvar settings I don't know about...
Any help?

Re: Metric Scale and English
Because you are speaking about "downloading YoWindow" i guess you mean the desktop version of YoWindow. In this case you can have custom units by just chosing that from the options - have a look at the screenshot below:donorr wrote:Hi Alex, I've just downloaded YoWindow today and would appreciate detail on how you customized to imperial measures. In case you mean the widget, there is a list of available widget-parameters: http://yowindow.com/widget_parameters.php.
Check the paragraph about "Units control" by scrolling to the middle of the page (or search for this string).

Re: Customizing to imperial measures
Many thanks Ikarus1969 for prompt response, I should have spent more time researching what was available for customization (RTFM)
