What's wrong with the place?

Why is it necessary to rigister the place where I live each time when I start the programm?

I use Windows XP SP 3.
Never before I had such problems with YoWindow.

I start YoWindow and then I must fill in the place (Chemnitz) and that happens each time when I start the programm.

Hi Keith,

Can you supply us with more information? What location are you trying to add? What procedure are you using to add the location?
Are you using Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7? What version of YoWindow are you using?

Since I have never had the problem that you are asking about, I would like to know everything about what you are doing.

Hi Keith,

Has your problem with Chemnitz been resolved? If it has not been resolved, I would like you to do the following.

Something may have gone wrong during the download of your current YoWindow Setup file. So here is what I want you to do.

1. Remove that old setup file.
2. Completely Uninstall YoWindow.
3. Completely clear your cache.
4. Download a fresh RC setup file from the top of the forum. See attached.
5. Install YoWindow with that new setup file.

Let us know how this works.

I did it your way and now YoWindows works perfect.
