If you want to tell us in case of rain or snow you want raindrops running down in the foreground of the YoWindow-window like in your posted picture, i vote for not implementing that.
YoWindow is displaying landscapes and the weather.

As far as i interpret it: when looking at YoWindow i stand in the landscape looking on it and not behind a window.
