Yes, ever since the update that was installed, as of today, YoWindow stopped functioning (Screensaver and all). I don't have a Manual option in Settings! There is either Automatic (Recommended) or Schedule a Time. Either way, it will automatically force install the update. That is sort of the bad thing about Windows 10!!

Gotcha Scott...

Looks like Micro$oft has significantly changed the update feature in Win 10...

But...dig in deep enough and there is a workaround...(a 'defer updates/upgrades' feature)

Open the Start Menu and type gpedit.msc

Then select Edit group policy from the list...

Inside the Local Group Policy Editor browse to

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update

Double-click the Defer Upgrades and Updates entry...

Note that you can even delay updates for up to four weeks...

So...if you remove the update and set these parameters before rebooting you should be fine...

Let me know how this plays out...

My computer is running like usual. I am fine without going through all of that! I have it on my Brand New phone. So, I am still getting weather even though the Desktop Version isn't working currently.

Thanks for your help though, Wally! I am hoping that this helps others with Windows 10 too!! At least, temporarily...

Although the main problem is still the Adobe bug, on a computer which hasn't yet had the 'update', I've noticed that weather updates are now much slower than hitherto.

Perhaps that's down to the new server?
