1. The Chrome extension is free...and probably therefor not a high priority...
2. The issue is clearly chrome/flash related...
3. Adobe flash has been the source of many heartaches on this forum...
Do a search and you'll find out...
And like I said...I'll take a look at it on my windows pc as soon as I find the
time to delve into this...
Right now...I've got other fish to fry...with all due respect...

"All moderators on this forum are doing this voluntarily..." NONE of my comments were directed to you, Wally. I'm WELL aware that the mods are volunteering their time. You didn't need to point that out. The stand alone app that I downloaded is free as well as the Chrome extension, yet that works while the Chrome extension does not.

May be helpful to those who still get the same problem (as me): I added the address of the pop-up window (chrome-extension://fanogbnclpilemkifpjeglokomebpnef/popup.html) to the list of sites where Flash is always enabled (in Settings). Now it works :Yahoo!:

SchwarzeMotte, Can you explain where exactly you add chrome-extension://fanogbnclpilemkifpjeglokomebpnef/popup.html)?

Chrome settings>Advanced Settings>Content Settings>Flash> (or just insert "chrome://settings/content/flash" in the address bar), on this page you'll see the list of sites where Flash is allowed to run. Press "Add" and insert this "chrome-extension://fanogbnclpilemkifpjeglokomebpnef/popup.html"
And enjoy

I followed your instructions, but still get the Flash Player is blocked or missing in Chrome error. Thanks for trying, though!

No, it says chrome-extension://fanogbnclpilemkifpjeglokomebpnef/popup.html. For some reason, the extension is now working except there is no audio like I used to have. I can't find a setting for that. Do you know where it is? Thanks!

tanker, unfortunately I don't have audio as well  And obviously there is no separate setting for it in the latest version of Chrome, many thanks to the developers. I've tested flash videos playing: when Flash is allowed, both video and audio are played perfectly. Maybe YoWindow extension has some audio script which is no more supported by Chrome/Chromium? :unknown: I've tested it in Vivaldi, the same: the extension is working, but with no audio.
(I know nothing about scripts and developing, so I'm sorry if I sound like a lamer :sorry:)
At least, now I can look again what weather expects me next day. That's much better than nothing
