Hi Pasha,
I am testing on my WinXP.
I can click on the clock and I can hear the surprise loud and clear.
But I can not hear the clock chime.
I reloaded 4.0.10 and I can hear the clock chime every 15 minutes.
I then reloaded 4.0.11 and absolutely can not hear the clock chime.
Other than that, I am enjoying Old Town.
