Is there a minimum Adroid version to get a widget?

I don't see any way on my rather old Android 4.03 devices.

Edit: neither on my 4.2.2 device

Cow and horse look fine now in both scenes (Countryside and Asian).

I am not able to reproduce this behaviour, however I noticed the following: when Yowindow ist set as Live Wallpaper, sometimes it disappears after runnning other Apps (e.g. Springfield tappedout). Maybe a memory problem, which could be a general problem with Android.

I did not get a crash when trying to update weather, however, yesterday, I was not able to update weather data on any of my devices.

I would also like to have the version number displayed. I have yowindow now running on four different Android devices and Android versions, so I might lose perspective
