I loaded down RC 313 and reloaded RC 312. RC 313 is displaying a black screen with "Preload Landscape" and that is all that happens.

Hi Pasha, I uninstalled completely and then installed RC 312. The landscape is there completely. I noticed that NWS has forecast of dew point along with forecast of precipitation. Yr.no shows the current dew point only - on forecasts it is showing 0 dew point. Is this as you had planned? Other than ...
