WinXP to Win10

Hello,

I received a new laptop with Win10. (I registered with YW when I had my WinXP.) As it is now, it shows that I'm not registered. Will I have to pay the registration fee again to get all the "bells and whistles"/PrepaidGiftBalance

Give me some advice.
