Weather temp is wrong

iPhone 5

My YoWindow temperature has been incorrect for the last couple of weeks.
It’s been 10-15 degrees lower than it actually is. When it goes into upgrading
mode, it doesn’t change when it’s finis.
Is there something that needs to be done on your end or mine?
