I am curious how long it takes to hear back from the support@repkasoft.com? I wrote to them 01/06/15 and have not heard back from them as of yet.

Thank you I sent them an e-mail. 
Will let you know what they say. I will also print that off when I get it and tuck it away in a file so I can find it again!

Purchased YoWindow for Windows
I purchased YoWindows for Windows on my old laptop but received a new laptop for Christmas and had to download the free version of YoWindows for the new one, is there any way I can get the number for the one that I purchased so I can put it into the free one for the new computer?
