Thank you for the information! I changed the code and now the temperature is correct 
but its raining right now and the screen does not show rain. Any suggestions?

Its wrong
I use (purchased) Yowindow as screensaver on my computer using Windows 7. I have set the location but the temperature is wrong and it shows rain and its not raining. 
Can someone help me get it right?
