Thank you for the quick reply. I followed your instructions (as best I could) and included a hard boot as well. Still not finding Amasa, Michigan on the list. I am a Mac user (Mavericks). Any other suggestions? (I couldn't find a preference file to delete.) Thanks so much for your time in helping us...

How long does it usually take to be able to select the town once it has been added to the database? It's been three hours and as of yet I can't choose it. I know it's not been long that's why I am asking. We are sort of excited to see it on the list as it is an 8 hour drive and a regular destination...
