App won't connect....

Hello all,
I've been using this app for many years, bought it and was always happy with it.
Today I tried to use it and it didn't load I glimpsed a greyed out message stating "cannot connect"

My phone is a newer G power 5G 2023 on Android 13 and I have MacAfee AV installed.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app with no success.

I've emailed the company but found this forum and thought someone might have the same issue I do.....

yes, same problem, I purchased the unlimited version, but since yesterday it has a functioning problem due to a bug that the author of this app will have to solve

I have just sent a message to the author.

My phones Android 11 and Android 13 are crashing just like yours are.

But my Android tablet and my TVs are not crashing.
TVs are Android tv and google tv.
Both are working.

So the author now knows that it is a problem with the phones system.

So I am going to be patient while the author finds the phone problem.

Pasha was able to get the app running again on the phones.
He is working on a hot fix so this should not happen again.

I have checked both of my phones.
YoWindow is working again on both of them.

Yes! I've just checked my phone and am happy to say that my favorite app is now hale and hearty! Sweet!
