New Location-properties: adding daylight saving information

what about adding daylight-saving information (yes{no checkbox) to the new location-properties window?
Just an additional line:

Oh, we don't "need" this; i only thought if this information is possibly already included for example in the metar-data or in the geonames-data it would be a "nice-to-have" information in the location-properties window.

I think it's not worth putting extra effort to this"
