In build 110 I noticed that the Rain becomes Static after approximately 2-3 minutes. It starts out Dynamic then goes static (Frozen-No movement)

Forgot to add that when the rain animation is frozen the rest of the display is dynamic (The people and autos are not affected)

I have the same. Not landscape specific. When switching to another place were it's raining, the rain is falling. Then switch back to the other place, the rail is also falling.

I notice now that after the screen saver has been opened for a while all autos are lined up and stopped (Not moving). However the people, bicycles and scooters are all still moving.
