Problem with Time and Weather

Hello, I use the Weather Widget since Oct. last year, but, the hour in the widget, changed about 2 weeks ago, for example, right now it’s 12:47 pm and the widget say 1:47 pm, my GTM it's -7, but the widget are getting -6, what can I do? I'm already change my computers GTM to -9 and -6 but the widget doesn't change the hour, and the weather forecast is incorrect, for example, right now the weather said that is raining and the last rain was about 2 months, My city is Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico, Thanks a lot.
