YOWEATHER WILL NOT INSTALL

I have installed the free version of yoweather and then purchased the full version. Yet it won't install at all. It just sits in downloading status and then eventually fails. Can you please assist?

Welcome to YoWindow.
Did you uninstal the Free version first?
Running both the Free and the unlimited version is strongly not recommended.

Hi,
I did uninstall the free version at some time - I think as soon as I purchased the pro version.
But it's OK - after a few tries to download, it eventually worked - it's odd as I have very good reception and great wifi here. But no problems. Thanks.

The name of the app is "YoWindow", not "YoWeather".
