Weather not correct

Hi, been using Yowindow for a few years now and always been happy with it. However, since a couple of weeks, I can not rely on Yowindow anymore.
Examples: It tells me it is gonna rain in an hour while news broadcasts, rain radar sites, and other online services mention that it will be frigging 24 degrees and dry for the next week or so. Of course, no rain ever comes.
Temperatures are off by a good 5 degrees by default atm. Giving overcast when clear blue skies and V.V. Heck a few weeks ago it told me it would be snowing... haven't seen snow in years here.

What could be the issue? and of course... how to solve.

I would also like to know. I enjoy YoWindow when it works. But, it is a bright blue sky and sunny and the screensaver says thunderstorm. What can I depend on???

What device are you using?
Windows, Mac, iPad, Chrome, or Android.
Please tell us all about your device and what build of YoWindow you are having problems with.

If you are having the same problem over and over again,
completely exit from YoWindow and completely clear your cache.

I am using Windows 10 Pro build 1809
Yowindow 4 build 108
It now even isn't updating the weather anymore.
All security scans come up clean so no adware/malware or virus that is affecting it.
