Temperature in System Tray is not accurate

Post by TheGame »

Hi, I have an Unlimited License for YoWindow and it worked just fine for a few months, but now I notice when I start Windows, I have to manually open the program each time to get the temperature to display in the System Tray. Once I do that the temperature will display in the System Tray, however it will stay the same temperature in the system tray the entire day unless I open the program completely then close it again. But then the process repeats all over again, the temperature will stay the same in the system tray unless I open the program completely again.

Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks

Thank you for the reply, I read the topic, but my temperature is showing in the system tray, it just will not update on its own. I have to completely open YoWIndow for the correct temperature to display in the taskbar, but then the temperature in the taskbar does not change unless I repeat the process by opening the YoWIndow program again and starting the process all over again. Also When I first start windows, just a little YoWIndow "Sun" Icon appears and I have to do the same thing, completly open th eprogram then close it for the temperature to be displayed in the taskbar. DO you believe this has to do with the flash player issue as well as posted in the thread you sent me to read? Are you planning any updates to the program anytime soon?

Thank you again for the reply.

Hi Jeremy,

Yes, this all has to do with the flash player.
I have the latest flash player on one of my PCs and am having the same problem that you are having.
I am not updating the latest flash player on my other PC.
That PC is still working as it should.

Pasha has explained the following in the topic that I had you read.
As soon as he gets the new flash player, he will be able to see what it is doing to the system tray temperature.
Once he knows what the problem is, he can fix it.

Thank you for your patience.

Hi friends:
YoWindow version 3S build 161. Adobe Flash Player Active X 12.0.0.38 and Plugin 12.0.0.43. Windows XP and 7. I would like to add that the icon in system tray shows only the temperature of location set to Home feature (as a default) and changes along with this feature only. I did not noticed this problem earlier.
