Mushrooms.
Are not expert in mushroom picking.
But I like
and I like the smell that evolve in the fall when I go into the woods.

a question:
what kind of fertilizer is used to produce potatoes and mushrooms so impressive? 8-)

Pavel, your beautiful dacha!
I enclose a picture of my (...) taken today. Although I live in the countryside.
Unfortunately, these days my house is seriously running the risk of fire because of smoke coming from my brain (because the widget yowindow I can not see in my wordpress.com blog). :)

Wow, Werner, kinda jelous.
I wish I could afford some day a little sheep :)

Uli, thank you for the answer!
Now I need to disappoint my grandfather.
You are collecting the same mashrooms as we do here - boletuses
But we distinct 3 sorts of them - White Mushroom, Red Mushroom(with a red cap) and Under-Birche Mushroom (Gray hat, striped leg)
They are like Gold, Silver and Bronze :)
boletuses are the most prestigious mushrooms, but the white mushroom is the king of all mushrooms in Russia :)

I think that Steinpilze is also called White Mushroom.

Marty, I know about Sponge Mushrooms, we call them Smorchki, but we do not collect them.

good morning Pavel and the rest of the guys here on this board,

there are a lot of people collecting mushrooms here in Germany - mainly in the southern part of our country.

We do have these different types of boletuses, too. The under birch type is frequently found here in my area.

In Bavaria it is very popular to collect the agaricus campestris or "Wiesenchampignon or Schwammerl", too.

And sometimes you will find these yellow mushrooms we call "Pfifferlinge". I know they are also available in the eastern part of Europe.
They are a real delicacy.

But a lot of people do not know about the mushrooms and do not spend time for this type of silent hunt. And as it is so cheap and easy to buy mushroooms at the supermarket they almost buy it over there filled in glasses and ready to serve.

But this taste wont reach the fresh ones.

It is the same when you enjoy a good piece of deer or wild pig fresh from the hunt - and the heart or the liver is a real good spread.
..... and afterwards a good home made fruit brandy

..... that's heaven on earth! ;)

have a good day and let's enjoy some of these poor mans dreams :D

Werner,
I understand (the translator of Google seems to have gone on vacation) that you live in a kind of paradise!
Dresses in the Balearic Islands in the countryside with your zoo staff ... what can you want? 8-)

Pavel
on the pole do not have a weather station (Yowindow enough for me), but simple and turning vanes to measure (eye) direction and wind speed:
How do I climb? Simple, by means of the .... Beaufort scale!

Pavel
About the fires that are affecting the Russia Today television also quoted Saint-Petersburg: how are things? reassure you?

Greetings to all.

Uli, thanks for the mushroom report :)
We also collect Pfifferlinge I love them :)
But we do not collect agricus campestris.
We think it is a poisonous mushroom

Werner, fantastic place, I wish I was there!

Franco, it's ok in Saint-Petersburg, just a hot weather.
There was a giant smoke 2 days ago - turf was burning around 200 kilometers from our Dacha, but it's gone now.
The things that are bothering me now are the hot weather and a lot of work. :-(

hi Pavel,

agaricus campestris or known as field mushroom or meadow mushroon is a widely eaten mushroom.

It is explained at Wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agaricus_campestris

But you should be familiar with this kind of mushrooms, or your meal will be the last one.

I am not familiar with them ..... but I do enjoy a meal of meadow musrooms
I am only familiar with the boletes ..... it is much easier to identify the good ones .....
