Re: Problem with Desktop Season Maps
Hi Pasha,
My 10 inch WinXP does not get used that often.
It needs a new battery.
It still has YoWindow 2 on it.
I checked YoWindow 2 and the Season Map was perfect.

Re: Problem with Desktop Season Maps
Hi Pasha,
I tried some previous RCs and had to uninstall YoWindow.
After an uninstall/reinstall, the season map is still wrong. The dates are off by one day.
This is RC 144 after uninstalling and reinstalling - still wrong
Season Map="03.07:naked/04.11:spring/05.24:summer/09.30:autumn/11.02:naked/12.12:winter"

Season Map="03.08:naked/04.12:spring/05.25:summer/10.01:autumn/11.03:naked/12.13:winter"
If my thinking is correct, every time we load a new RC our dates are going off by one more.
If I load 10 RCs, then my dates are off by 10 days.

Re: Problem with Desktop Season Maps
Hey Pavel and Marty,
I did a clean reinstall of RC Build 144 to see if that would solve the season map problem and found out that every time you exit YoWindow from the file menu and then reload it, it subtracts one day from the season maps in options.xml.

Re: Problem with Desktop Season Maps
Don, Marty, you are the heroes!
And shame on me
The issue only arises when the time zone is different from Moscow Time so I was not able to see it until I switched the time-zone.
As Werner pointed at in the twin thread by Reinhart about clicking the next day.
Fixing the error is also turned out to be not a trivial task, because the season-map was spoiled by the recent RCs in options.xml
However, I think I have found an elegant solution that will fix the problem even when the season-map was broken.
Please install b145 over the previous one.
When YoWindow has launched, check if the season-map is still wrong.
Then press F5 - the weather and season map is going to be updated after this.
Then check the season-map again, I expect it to be fixed and never be broken again.
Let me know your experience.
Again, thank you for the wonderful support!

Hey Pavel,
Your solution worked for me.
The weather just happened to update automatically right after I installed b145 so I didn't have to press F5.

Hi Pasha,
I just tried b145 on my 12 inch WinXP and on my Win7.
After pressing F5, the season maps are okay now.
Thank you.
