Billy stopped at the Fence

Hi Pasha,

I wanted to try and see if I could recreate some of the Millie/Billy problems in YoWindow for Chrome.

I let Billy walk to the fence in Village. When he turned, I clicked on him. I had Billy frozen in time with the Stack Overflow.

I have not been able to recreate Billy gliding down the hill yet. I am glad I took those videos.
