Hi Pasha,
Since the Options dialog is not resizeable, why wouldn't you utilize its space a bit more efficiently - to minimize scrolling. I suggest laying out the options in two columns. Attached a screen shot of how it looks now (build 229):
and a mock up of how it could look better, IMHO:
Please consider this.

I like the idea, but there are a couple of cons in this move.
1. Pay attention that the parameters in inspector are displayed vertically in the same order as in the options.
I hope in future it will be possible to change the order of the parameters.
Table layout in options is not a good way to reflect the order.
2. For some parameters I want to provide additional settings.
For example how many digits to display after the point for the temperature.
The space on the right of a parameter would be given for a "[Settings]" button.
Anyway, I have put Astronomy section in the right column.
This is a temporary move.
You know, the temporary things tend to live long and happy.
