Hi Pavel,
i suggest to add the chosen units in the forecast tiles next to the values.
Why? Because the tiles would become only marginally wider (only in some cases) AND we have the units in the inspector-panel and the tooltip-window too.
What do you think? Would that be possible?
Pleeeeeeeeease, say "Yes"!
Thank you!

Re: Units in the forecast tiles
Hello, Reinhart,
I hope all is well in Vienna!
Do you mean that after each temperature value to place the chosen temperature unit?
I do not understand why you want it?
It'll be more difficult to read!
Sincerely,
DaddyLito
P.S. The temperature here in Funäsdalen, Sweden is currently (14:33) minus 25.8 Celsius and falling!!

Im just of the opposite opinion, that is for me it would be easier to interpret a value with the unit.daddylito wrote:I do not understand why you want it?

Not only a value or a value with an arrow.
Although we all know in this special case what the values mean, in general: a value without a unit is nothing.

Ahhh, Reinhart, I want to say "yes" just to thank you for all the good things you've done for us
But I agree with daddylito.
The more information we have on the screen, the harder it is to read.
We have taken idea from the design of weather page on Russian Yandex portal (the largest in Russia).
You see, there are no units in the day tiles on the page.

And yes, the "special case" is the key word.
The users understand almost instantly what do the numbers mean because only temperature and the wind-speed are displayed in the Forecast Panel.
Thank you for your care.

Re: Units in the forecast tiles
ok.
But: it's already an option what to display on the forecast tiles.
What about an option just right beside theses options to choose whether to display the related unit?

We will discuss whether we need to add this option with Yura.
