I'll suggest the following seasonmap for my area:
04.15:spring/06.01:summer/10.01:autumn/10.29:naked/01.01:winter/03.15:naked
As i understand it - if the forcast temperatur is -4 or below YoWindow will display the snowy landscape, if its above it displays the naked landscape.
In western Norway this treshold will be wrong, as most of the winter the temperature is around 0 deg and the landscape mostly snowcovered.
Maybe the treshold shoud be 0 deg?

Thanks for the season map, it will be availble shortly.
YoWindow displays winter landscape if either of the following is true
1. winter specified in the season-map for the selected day
2. temperature is <= -4 C
When the temperature = 0 and winter is in the season-map, winter landscape displayed.
So in most cases for Norway the season will be detected correctly hopefully.
It's a hard thing to play with temperature threshold.
Though, we will consider this option for future.
