There's a complete new feature in the latest beta where you can add a location by yourself.
You can download the lates beta here: http://yowindow.com/rc.html (the link on top of the forum) and then add your location by yourself by typing "dong hoi" in the search dialog.
There are several locations with that name so you can decide which one to add:
