There is a topic about adding new locations right at the top of this subforum.

Here you can read that you can add any new location yourself through this link:
http://yowindow.com/add_location.php
I have used this link to add your location.
Here is the result copied from it.
3015958 is already added
This service is in Beta at the moment and works best in Google Chrome.
