YoWindow is available in Windows Store!

There is no Yowindow in the dutch Window8 store.
How can I change to the english store ?

Herman, I wish I could help you, but I have no idea:
1. Why YoWindow is not visible in Dutch store, it must be there!
2. How to switch stores.
Probably it is impossible.
Looks like the only way is to change your country in Microsoft account.

I was able to find YoWindow in a Dutch W8 Store but there was no download link for the app.
It redirects to the yowindow website via a link.

Here is how to do it.
You need to add English language and accordingly I both added English UK and English USA, then rebooted W8.

Go to the Settings menu (Instellingen) by clicking lower right corner on pc.
In that menu lower right corner Change PC Settings (PC Instellingen wijzigen)
Go to General (Algemeen)
Go to Language/Language Preferences (Taal/Taalvoorkeuren)
Go to Add language (Een Taal toevoegen)
Click English/Engels
Select English United Kingdom and English USA (Probably you have to add twice)
Restart W8
Search in Store for Yowindow in Category News and Weather.
Be Aware that you may find nothing at first, I don't know what is causing this but at my pc this seems a bit buggy.
I have to close Store or restart W8 several times to find anything.

Just try this, even if you add the foreign language you store will stay in your own language.

I once had an app in the Android PlayStore that I couldn't find.
It appeared the uploader hadn't activated the app in the store with the result that the app couldn't be found.
Is there perhaps a similar setting for the windows store and that you forgot to activate or something so that it cannot be downloaded.

That's right, you cannot download YoWindow directly from the store.
This is because YoWindow is so called "classic Windows application".
It is not written special for Windows 8.
All applications of this kind are represented by a link to the website.
So it works as expected.

I will try that - to follow the instructions in the blog-post Weerstation has posted.

Maybe that's enough and i don't have to add other languages to my system. I can try that in the evening (6 pm (UTC+1)).

For those who know: is it possible to tell the Win8-App-store that a software is multilingual - so that adding different languages to a system is not necessary?

Ok - now i can find YoWindow in the app-store. What i did was following the link Weerstation has posted.
Short: edit the settings in the app-store by setting "make it easier to find apps in your language" to "no".
It was not necessary to add languages in the settings of the PC!
