2.14.1 Android Q support.

Android Q support.
Google is going to release Android Q (Android 10) this fall.
There are several breaking changes in Android Q.
YoWindow will not work properly on Q unless we to help it.
The following issues must be addressed.
- Background location permission (Wallpaper, widgets).
- Pure gestures navigation (Radar navigation)
- Scoped storage (Custom and imported landscapes)
- Ban on Activity background launch (Alarm clock)
YoWindow 2.14 is going to support all of this.
Turned out there are quite a lot of work.

- Radar. Animation is loaded much faster.
- Android Q. Background location permission supported completely.
