2.8.28 hot fix

This is a hot fix for build 2.8.27 we released a couple of days ago.

- FIXED: radar crashing badly.
- FIXED: the background of transparent forecast widget is not transparent.
- Big Clock Widget. FIXED: location name missing.
- Big Clock Widget. Time bold font rolled back to thin one.
- Many rare crashes fixed.
