How to hide Swipe the screen to see weather.....

How do I get rid of the "Swipe the screen to see weather changes over time" message? Tapping on it does nothing, and I can't find anything in the settings to turn it off.

Just swipe the screen from the left to the right a couple of times.

Thank you. I see. After I do this, a different swiping message appears, and then still another. These are first time user help messages. After cycling through them, they all disappear and then don't appear again.

I wonder why the message that instructs to swipe the screen was unclear? Which language do you read YoWindow messages in?
