2.5.19 Hot Fix for the recent release

We have discovered a number of problems after releasing the new version 2 days ago.
This build addresses them.

What's new?
- FIXED: Widgets are empty when Internet is not available, despite the weather has been loaded before.
- FIXED: Problems with weather provider customising.
- FIXED: Estonian translation was overwritten with Spanish strings.
- Translations updated.

Still slow to update Weather.

It is, in fact it is necessary to reduce the time for updating the current weather, you always update every hour. At least you could update every 15-20 minutes. I always said but nobody answer me, I hope that something will be done thanks
